PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Simply go to the Scappino store of your preference, fill out an application form, make a minimum purchase of $2,000 mexican pesos, present a valid identification and you will receive 15% of your purchase on your bonus welcome card.

BONUS CARD

SCAPPINO LOYALTY rewards your loyalty during promotional periods through our BONUS CARD program that offers you bonuses on your purchases, which can then be used at any SCAPPINO exclusive stores during the validity of the promotional period. Each BONUS CARD can accumulate up to a maximum of $3,000 Mexican Pesos.

BENEFITS

The benefits described here will be valid at all scappino stores throughout mexico, except in corner shops located inside department stores and scappino outlets.

INTEREST-FREE MONTHLY PAYMENTS

At certain times of the year, our members can buy through interest-free monthly payments.

During your birthday month, you will receive a percentage of your bonus through the BONUS CARD program in a single purchase. To enjoy this benefit, you will need to show your current official photo identification (voter ID card, driver's license or passport).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the Scappino loyalty program is entirely voluntary, provided that the customer complies with the current terms of the program. an initial purchase is required for enrollment into the program and the customer will automatically receive a special and unique bonus (welcome bonus). This will be credited to a card called the Scappino loyalty bonus card.

Complete the registration form with your information and show an official photo id (voter id card, driver's license or passport).each member of the program is registered with a personal, unique and non-transferable number. you must show a valid official photo id (voter id card, driver's license or passport) each time you make a purchase or request a benefit at any Scappino store in Mexico.

PROMOTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Cards are only valid at Scappino stores, except corner shops located inside Liverpool, el Palacio de hierro, Fabricas de Francia, Scappino in-house and independent distributors within Mexico.

Promotions canÂ´t be combined. Promotions may apply to the entire store or to certain products only. A minimum purchase may be required in order to participate in promotions. if a customer requests two or more tax receipts during promotions and the amount of each one does not meet the required minimum, the benefit will not be applied.

SCAPPINO BONUS CARD

The amount to be accumulated on the bonus card - electronic wallet card - will be conditioned by current restrictions and promotions. The conditions or restrictions of the bonus card will be given at the point of sale. Amounts accrued on the bonus card may be used for the subsequent purchase. The amount on the bonus card cannot be exchanged for cash. It may only be exchanged for products at Scappino stores. Bonus cards are valid until December 31 of the year indicated on the card.

COMMUNICATION

The Scappino loyalty program will contact its members promptly by e-mail, through the www.scappino.com website, through direct mailings and/or by telephone. Furthermore, the company is not responsible for delays or loss of correspondence, server failures or for any consequences that may result from the untimely delivery of any correspondence that provides information of any kind, as well as those due to any causes beyond the company's control. The Scappino loyalty program will send all communication to the address provided by the participant on the registration form and/or to the e-mail address provided in the previously mentioned document. In the event a customer's information changes or is modified, the customer shall notify the company by e-mail at :

SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

In the case the company decides to terminate the Scappino loyalty program, all bonus card cards will remain valid until December 31 of the year indicated on the card. After that date, the company will not be liable for any bonuses accrued or amounts not redeemed by program members during the program's validity.
