EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SCAPPINO.COM

- Returns can only be made up to 30 calendar days from the date you received the product, or 90 days if the product has a manufacturing defect.

- For more information, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions again.

- For hygiene reasons, returns of swimsuits, underwear, socks, pajamas or fragrances are not accepted.

- Sunglasses must be returned complete with the leather case and the cleaning cloth they came with.

- Do not remove product labels when trying it on in case you want to return it.

- Products purchased in: Scappino El Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool or Fabricas de Francia, must be returned to the store where you made the purchase.

- Products purchased through our website may be returned at any Scappino store or by DHL at your home.

INSTRUCTIONS

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS AT SCAPPINO STORES

1. Print and Mark the Purchase Receipt

Print the purchase confirmation receipt that we sent you via e-mail and mark the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Packaging

Pack the product(s) inside the box in the same way they were delivered to you.

Finish by closing the box and placing the security sticker vertically to prevent the box from opening.

3. Go to the Store

To make a direct return to a Store, you only need bring the purchase confirmation that we sent you via e-mail together with the packaging.

4. Refund

If your return is accepted, you will be refunded via the same method you used to make your payment, communicating to the customer service center

RETURN VIA DHL

1. Print and Mark the Purchase Receipt

Pack the product(s) inside the box in the same way they were delivered to you.

3. Request a Return

You must request a return from our customer service department via telephone or e-mail with your purchase confirmation number.

When your return is approved, we will provide you with a return form and number.

4. Delivery to DHL

Deliver the package to the carrier from your home.

If you want the package to be collected from an address different to the one it was sent to, we ask that you please contact our customer service department.

5. Refund

We will let you know via e-mail as soon as your return request has been accepted.

The refund will be made using the same method you used to make your payment.
